Fully Clad Tri-Ply | 18/8 Stainless Steel | Uncoated Cooking Surface | Induction Compatible
Designed for precise, versatile everyday cooking, our Elite Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Frying Pan combines an uncoated 18/8 stainless-steel cooking surface with fully clad construction designed to distribute heat throughout the base and sidewalls.
Each pan uses a three-layer construction, combining an 18/8 stainless-steel interior, a heat-conducting aluminium core and a magnetic 18/0 stainless-steel exterior. The aluminium core is fully enclosed between the stainless-steel layers, providing responsive, even heating without coming into direct contact with food.
The completely uncoated cooking surface contains no applied PTFE, PFAS, PFOA, ceramic or other non-stick coating, providing a durable alternative to conventionally coated frying pans. With appropriate preheating, temperature control and a small amount of cooking oil, stainless steel is particularly well suited to searing, browning, sautéing and shallow frying.
Available individually in 20cm, 24cm and 28cm sizes, you can choose the pan best suited to your cooking needs, from smaller portions and everyday frying to larger meals and batch cooking. The live listing confirms capacities of 1.2L, 2.1L and 2.8L respectively.
Suitable for induction, gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and solid/sealed-plate hobs, with a robust riveted stainless-steel handle and dishwasher-safe construction for practical everyday use.
What Makes Our Elite Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Frying Pan Different?
Fully Clad Tri-Ply Construction
Three bonded layers extend throughout the base and sidewalls, helping distribute heat across the entire pan rather than concentrating it solely at the base.
Uncoated 18/8 Stainless-Steel Surface
The food-contact interior is made from 18/8 stainless steel with no PTFE, PFAS, PFOA, ceramic or other non-stick coating applied, as confirmed directly by the supplier.
Fully Enclosed Aluminium Core
A heat-conducting aluminium core is completely enclosed between the stainless-steel layers, improving heat distribution without the aluminium coming into direct contact with food.
Designed for Controlled, Even Heating
The fully clad construction promotes responsive and consistent heating, making the pan particularly suited to searing, browning, sautéing and shallow frying when used with appropriate temperature control.
Choose the Size That Suits You
Available individually in 20cm, 24cm and 28cm, allowing you to choose the most practical pan size for your cooking needs without purchasing a complete set.
Carefully Selected for NEO
Chosen for its material transparency, completely uncoated cooking surface and fully clad construction—a durable alternative to frying pans that rely on an applied non-stick coating.
What is Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Cookware?
Tri-ply cookware is constructed from three bonded layers of metal, combining the durability of stainless steel with the heat-conducting properties of aluminium.
In this pan, the 18/8 stainless-steel interior forms the durable, completely uncoated food-contact cooking surface. At the centre is a fully enclosed aluminium core, which conducts and distributes heat efficiently, while the outer layer uses magnetic 18/0 stainless steel for compatibility with induction and conventional hobs.
Unlike cookware that uses a heat-conducting disc only on the base, the fully clad construction extends through the base and sidewalls, helping heat spread more consistently throughout the pan.
The result combines an uncoated stainless-steel cooking surface with responsive, even heating, while keeping the aluminium core completely enclosed between the stainless-steel layers and away from direct food contact.

What you need to know
Why You Should Be Using Our Elite Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Frying Pan
Cook Without an Applied Non-Stick Coating
The 18/8 stainless-steel cooking surface is completely uncoated, with no PTFE, PFAS, PFOA, ceramic or other non-stick coating applied.
Reliable, Even Heat Distribution
The fully clad aluminium core extends throughout the base and sidewalls, helping distribute heat consistently across the pan and reduce concentrated hot spots.
Excellent for Searing & Browning
Uncoated stainless steel is particularly well suited to developing browning and caramelisation, making the pan ideal for searing meat, fish and vegetables as well as sautéing and shallow frying.
Designed for Controlled Cooking
Gradual preheating, moderate temperatures and a small amount of cooking oil help create an effective cooking surface while reducing sticking—without relying on an applied non-stick layer.
Choose the Right Size for Your Cooking
Available in 20cm, 24cm and 28cm, allowing you to select a compact everyday pan or a larger cooking surface depending on your household and typical portion sizes.
Made for Long-Term Use
The stainless-steel cooking surface does not depend on a conventional non-stick coating that can progressively wear away. With appropriate use and care, it is designed for dependable everyday cooking over the long term.
The Details
Fully Clad Tri-Ply Construction
Three bonded layers extend throughout the base and sidewalls, combining stainless steel with a fully enclosed aluminium core for consistent heat distribution across the pan.
18/8 Stainless-Steel Interior
The food-contact surface is durable 18/8 stainless steel, providing an uncoated cooking surface for everyday frying, sautéing, searing and browning.
No Applied Non-Stick Coating
The cooking surface is completely uncoated, with no PTFE, PFAS, PFOA, ceramic or other non-stick coating applied, as confirmed directly by the supplier.
Fully Enclosed Aluminium Core
The heat-conducting aluminium layer is completely contained between the stainless-steel layers and does not come into direct contact with food.
Magnetic 18/0 Stainless-Steel Exterior
The outer layer provides the magnetic surface required for induction cooking, while supporting use across gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and solid/sealed-plate hobs.
Hollow Riveted Stainless-Steel Handle
The cast stainless-steel handle is securely riveted to the pan and uses a hollow construction designed to reduce heat transfer during stovetop cooking. Appropriate heat protection should still be used whenever necessary.
Dishwasher-Safe Construction
The stainless-steel construction is suitable for dishwasher cleaning, while its smooth, uncoated interior can also be easily maintained by hand.
Three Practical Sizes
Choose from 20cm / 1.2L, 24cm / 2.1L or 28cm / 2.8L, allowing you to select the most appropriate capacity and cooking area for your everyday needs.
Care & Long-Term Use
Preheat Gradually
Allow the pan to warm progressively over low-to-moderate heat. The fully clad construction conducts heat efficiently, so maximum heat is rarely necessary for everyday cooking.
Use a Small Amount of Cooking Oil
Once the pan is appropriately preheated, add a small amount of suitable cooking oil before adding food. Good temperature control and cooking technique can help reduce sticking on the uncoated stainless-steel surface.
Avoid Unnecessary Overheating
Excessive temperatures can cause food and oils to burn and may produce temporary heat discolouration on stainless steel. Controlled heat generally provides better results.
Dishwasher Safe
The pan is suitable for dishwasher cleaning. It can also be hand washed using warm water, washing-up liquid and an appropriate non-abrasive cleaning tool.
Allow to Cool Before Cleaning
Avoid placing a very hot pan directly into cold water. Allowing it to cool naturally helps minimise sudden thermal stress and makes handling safer.
Stainless Steel Can Be Restored
Stubborn food residue, mineral marks and heat discolouration can generally be removed using appropriate stainless-steel cleaning methods without affecting the underlying uncoated cooking surface.
Designed for Long-Term Use
There is no applied non-stick coating to maintain or replace. With appropriate cooking technique, cleaning and care, the stainless-steel surface is designed for dependable repeated use.
Important: These pans are not oven safe, as confirmed directly by the supplier. They should be used as stovetop cookware rather than transferred into the oven.
