6L Capacity | 304 Stainless Steel | 1.5L/Hour | Digital Time & Temperature Control

A higher-capacity countertop water distiller designed for households that want to produce more distilled water with greater control. Featuring a 6L 304 stainless steel chamber, 1000W heating system and digital time and temperature controls, it uses steam distillation to separate water from many dissolved minerals and non-volatile impurities.

With a claimed production rate of up to 1.5 litres per hour, the system combines faster everyday distillation with activated-carbon post-filtration and glass collection, all without permanent plumbing or installation.

What Makes Our Water Distiller Different?

Higher-Capacity 6L Distillation

A generous 6-litre chamber provides 50% more capacity than a conventional 4L countertop distiller, allowing more distilled water to be produced from a single fill and reducing the need for frequent cycles.

Faster 1000W Performance

The more powerful 1000W heating system delivers a manufacturer-stated distillation rate of up to 1.5 litres per hour, combining the larger capacity with faster water production for regular household use.

Digital Time & Temperature Control

An integrated digital control panel allows both operating time and temperature to be adjusted, providing greater control over the distillation process than a basic one-touch system.

304 Stainless Steel Construction

The distillation chamber is constructed from 304-grade stainless steel, chosen for its durability and corrosion resistance during repeated heating and cooling cycles.

Glass Collection

Once condensed, the distilled water is directed into a glass collection jug, helping minimise unnecessary plastic contact with the finished water.

Activated-Carbon Post-Filtration

After condensation, the water passes through an activated-carbon finishing stage before collection, complementing the primary steam-distillation process.

Carefully Selected for NEO

Selected for its combination of higher 6L capacity, faster 1.5L/hour output, 304 stainless steel construction, glass collection and digital control, providing a more advanced option for households that expect to produce distilled water regularly.

What is Water Distillation?

Water distillation is a purification process that uses heat, evaporation and condensation to separate water from many substances dissolved within it.

Water is heated inside the distillation chamber until it turns into steam. During this process, many dissolved minerals, salts and other non-volatile substances remain behind in the chamber rather than travelling with the water vapour.

The steam is then cooled through the condenser, returning it to liquid water before passing through an activated-carbon post-filter and into the glass collection jug.

The ZenVolt combines this established process with a larger 6L chamber, 1000W heating system and digital time and temperature controls, providing greater capacity and control for regular home distillation.

Unlike a remineralising reverse-osmosis system, distillation produces very low-mineral water and does not add minerals back into the finished water.

What you need to know

Why You Should Be Using Our Water Distiller

- Greater Control Over Your Water — Produce freshly distilled water directly from your own water supply, giving you greater control over the water you use for everyday hydration.

- Purification Through Steam Distillation — Water is physically evaporated and condensed, separating it from many dissolved minerals, salts and other non-volatile substances that remain behind in the boiling chamber.

- Higher-Capacity Home Production — The 6L chamber allows a larger quantity of distilled water to be produced from each fill, making it particularly suitable for households with higher daily water requirements.

- Faster Distillation — With a 1000W heating system and manufacturer-stated output of up to 1.5L per hour, the ZenVolt is designed to produce distilled water more quickly than lower-powered countertop models.

- Stainless Steel & Glass Construction — Water is distilled inside a 304 stainless steel chamber and collected in a glass jug, reducing unnecessary plastic contact during the distillation and collection process.

- No Permanent Installation — Unlike an under-sink filtration system, the ZenVolt requires no plumbing or countertop drilling. Simply fill the chamber, position the collection jug and connect the unit to power.

- Reduced Reliance on Bottled Distilled Water — Producing distilled water at home provides a reusable alternative to repeatedly purchasing pre-packaged distilled water.

- Built for Regular Use — Digital time and temperature controls, larger capacity and faster output make the system particularly well suited to customers who expect distillation to form a regular part of their household water routine.

The Details

- 6L High-Capacity Chamber — The larger 6-litre capacity allows more water to be distilled in a single cycle, reducing the frequency of refilling compared with smaller countertop systems.

- 1000W Heating System — A higher-powered 1000W heating element supports faster evaporation and a manufacturer-stated distillation rate of up to 1.5 litres per hour.

- Faster Water Production — At the stated 1.5L/hour rate, the system can produce up to 6 litres in approximately 4 hours, making it particularly suited to regular or higher-volume household use.

- Digital Time Control — The integrated digital control panel allows the operating time to be set according to the required distillation cycle.

- Adjustable Temperature Control — Temperature can also be controlled through the digital interface, providing greater flexibility than a conventional one-button distiller.

- 304 Stainless Steel Construction — The distillation chamber uses 304-grade stainless steel, providing a durable and corrosion-resistant surface for repeated heating and evaporation.

- Glass Collection Jug — Condensed water is collected directly into a glass jug, helping minimise unnecessary plastic contact with the finished distilled water.

- Activated-Carbon Finishing Stage — Following condensation, the water passes through a replaceable activated-carbon filter before entering the collection jug.

- Low-Noise Operation — The integrated cooling system is specified at approximately 43–46 dB, helping keep operating noise relatively controlled during the distillation cycle.

- Complete Maintenance Kit — Supplied with 6 carbon filters, 2 bottles of citric-acid cleaner, replacement sealing rings and an additional glass nozzle, providing key consumables and replacement components for ongoing use.

- 1-Year Warranty — The ZenVolt is supplied with a 1-year manufacturer warranty for additional reassurance during everyday use.

Everyday Hydration & Long-Term Use

Designed for regular household use, the ZenVolt combines larger capacity with faster production for those who expect distilled water to form a consistent part of their routine.

- Everyday Hydration — Produce freshly distilled water at home for drinking and general hydration, with up to 6 litres available from a full cycle.

- Higher Daily Water Requirements — The larger 6L chamber and claimed 1.5L/hour output make this model particularly practical for families, shared households or those who use larger quantities of distilled water.

- Tea, Coffee & Cooking — Distilled water can also be used for food and drink preparation where a low-mineral water source is preferred.

- Useful Around the Home — Low-mineral distilled water can be suitable for compatible humidifiers, steam appliances and other equipment where reducing mineral deposits may be beneficial. Always follow the appliance manufacturer's water requirements.

- Designed for Continued Use — The reusable stainless steel chamber and glass collection jug are designed for repeated operation, while replaceable carbon filters provide ongoing post-distillation filtration.

- Simple Ongoing Maintenance — Minerals separated during distillation remain inside the boiling chamber. Regular cleaning with the supplied citric-acid cleaner helps remove accumulated mineral deposits and limescale.

- Replaceable Carbon Filtration — The supplied carbon filters are consumable components and should be replaced periodically to maintain the post-distillation finishing stage.

- Maintenance Essentials Included — With 6 carbon filters, 2 bottles of citric-acid cleaner, replacement sealing rings and an additional glass nozzle included, the system arrives with useful components for continued operation and maintenance.

Important: Distillation also removes naturally occurring minerals from the source water. The ZenVolt does not remineralise the finished water, so it should not be confused with the remineralising reverse-osmosis system elsewhere in the NEO range.

Important Information:

Distilled Water is Low in Minerals
Distillation removes naturally occurring dissolved minerals alongside other non-volatile dissolved substances. This system does not remineralise the finished water.

Activated Carbon Complements Distillation
Some volatile substances can potentially travel with water vapour during distillation. The activated-carbon post-filter provides an additional finishing stage, but NEO should not claim universal removal of all VOCs without product-specific testing.

Regular Descaling is Required
The substances left behind during distillation accumulate in the boiling chamber. Cleaning frequency will depend largely on the mineral content and hardness of the source water.

Carbon Filters Require Replacement
The carbon post-filters are consumable and should be replaced in accordance with the manufacturer's guidance.

Hot Appliance
The unit uses high temperatures to boil water. Allow the distiller and remaining chamber contents to cool before opening, moving or cleaning.

Electrical Appliance
Operate on a stable, dry and heat-resistant surface with adequate ventilation and follow the supplied operating instructions.

Source Water
Use an appropriate potable water source unless the manufacturer specifically states that another source is suitable.
